* What cleaning packages are offered?

Cleansquared is only offering the regular Cleansquared cleaning, which could be compared to Deep Cleans that other cleaning services offer. Our difference is that we are offering a much efficient service as the collaborative and less time consuming nature of our method helps our cleaners avoid fatigue and decrease in attention, at a much affordable price.

* Why do all Cleansquared cleanings come with a team of two?

We believe working in twos has many benefits! The cleaners can clean your home in half the time and hold each other accountable to Cleansquared standards.

* Will I get the same Cleaning Agents every time?

Due to matching availability, you may not get the same Cleaning Agents for every appointment. However, all our cleaners meet our extensive criteria so the quality you get will be the same. Additionally, you can reach out to us at if you have any questions.

* Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Only if you want to. Our algorithm automatically matches you to Cleaning Agents that bring their own cleaning products if you do not have supplies. When you are filling out your booking questionnaire, simply mark the box that states you don’t own cleaning supplies and you’re good to go. However, if you do want to use your own choice of supplies, you can state so, and be matched to a Cleaning Agent that will come with no supplies.

* How do I cancel or rebook my appointment?

If you decide to make adjustments more than 24 hours in advance, simply cancel your current appointment and rebook another on the app. If you want to cancel less than 24 hours to your appointment, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

* I have a pet. Is Cleansquared pet-friendly?

Yes, Cleansquared is pet-friendly. During the booking process, we ask what kind of pet you have and if your pet will be in an enclosed area during the cleaning.

* What screening criteria do you use for your Cleaning Agents?

Cleansquared follows a thorough three-step screening process to source our Cleaning Agents. Firstly, we conduct thorough background checks that include arrest records, criminal/traffic records, warrants, inmate records, Patriot Act, bankruptcies, liens & judgments. Afterwards, we conduct a phone interview with general introductory questions, with priority given to applicants who have previous residential or commercial cleaning experience. Thirdly, we conduct an in-person interview that includes a trial cleaning of a task from our Cleansquared Turbo Deep Cleaning Checklist.

* What is the Cleansquared Promise?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the cleaning did not meet your standards, please contact us at within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can discuss amendments. We may also request photos so we can work with our Cleaning Agents for further improvement.

* What are Cleansquared’s safety protocols?

Cleansquared prides itself on its excellent treatment of its customers, employees, and Cleaning Agents, and this includes implementing safety protocols measures to ensure safe operations that protect all stakeholders’ health and well-being, especially during COVID-19. During the hiring process, the Cleansquared Team confirmed that each Cleaning Agent applicant consents to wearing personal protective equipment during the all cleaning services. Furthermore, if you wish to use a different disinfectant than the ones our Cleaning Agents are using, please notify them in the app and provide them with the desired products.
